Sadie attended Augustana College, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. During her time there she played in a chamber group and the Augustana Symphony. After graduation, she played with “Musica Con Amore” for weddings and special events. Sadie attained her second license in English as a Second Language. As she substitute taught and completed course work, Sadie taught for another music school in the Twin Cities. In 1999, she started teaching ESL in Farmington, MN and decided to teach violin on her own. Shortly thereafter, Sadie began Simply Strings Studio out of her home in South Minneapolis.
Now Sadie is excited to follow her dream and expand her violin school. She continues to play with “Musica Con Amore” for weddings and special occasions. Sadie has two girls, Beata and Bella, and a newborn little boy, Baylor. She loves to spend time with them and her husband, Brent. Sadie also likes physical activities, taking pictures, reading books, and cooking.
Sadie is currently on Maternity Leave.
